Dear Michael and Louise,
In 1988, when we lived in Queens, New York, we had our family portrait taken by you, Michael A. De Martino.

The portrait captured an expression on each of our children that we fell in love with because we related to it.

We now live in De Bary Florida and still 14 years later have our portrait in our living room.

Then in January 2002, the portrait fell hitting a glass table. As the glass shattered, it went into the portrait and damaged it. My heart just fell to my feet, thinking nothing could be done to salvage it.

Then we made a phone call to you. You told us not to worry, that it could be fixed. You not only fixed it, we were surprised that you had made a new portrait for us at NO CHARGE!

We now have our portrait back where it belongs. It was done to perfection!

We didn't know it had a lifetime guarantee on it and even if we didn't, we would have paid whatever because it is priceless to us.

We could never thank you enough for giving us back something that will stay in our family for generations.

I'm sorry to say that we didn't realize how important that portrait was until it wasn't there any more.

Now that our family is bigger, we are thinking of taking more pictures.

You will never know how much this portrait means to us, THANK YOU!

Just a note to let you know how thrilled we are with the family portraits. To capture a group of our size and get them to all look great was nothing short of a miracle, especially considering one of our four year olds was bound he was not going to be in the picture. Now he loves seeing his smiling face among all his other cousins. Our hats are off to you for your patience, professionalism and your awesome results. I don't want to forget to say how thrilled all my children are with their individual family photos. The inclusion of their pets amazed even the ones who thought their dogs would never "pose". They are truly "family" photos. We are so glad we discovered you! Thank You.
